FIBER PROJECTS
Poetic Thread Experiments:
Zine & Embroidery
I started experimenting with thread and stitching as a way to add texture and depth to my visual work — combining paint, watercolor, color pencil textures with fiber textures as well as word collages — as a way to explore new ways of meaning making.
ILLUSTRATION PROJECTS
Some of my illustration works including published books: The Lotterys series (Scholastic), Surprise! (Scholastic), and The Last Woman on Earth (Electric Lit).
COMMUNITY PROJECTS
Morningside Lights
I participated in this week-long lantern-making workshop where community members of all ages bring their creative ideas to life.
Plai Theatre Production
Working with special needs teens to design and create a set for a play they wrote and acted in.
