In October 2014, I got to design another mural for New York Cares Day. The school wanted an underwater themed mural. They had 6 cans of orange paint and only 1 can of blue. In retrospect, that wasn't such a bad thing, I’d never make an orange underwater scene otherwise.
On NY Cares Day, a bunch of volunteers showed up at Brooklyn Landmark Elementary School to help paint the wall.
We pulled the entire thing together in the last 30 minutes. Thanks to all my friends who came and help. Also all the volunteers for working hard and not stopping when they told us to, even after they took our cans of paints away. I’m glad we kept working.
